Jenny Oldknow is an award-winning Derbyshire based oil painter. She finds her inspiration in the interplay of colour and light on everyday scenes. She is particularly fond of painting colourful unruly cottage gardens, courtyards and walled gardens, sheds and old buildings, and laundry drying on a line.

Jenny's paintings are vibrant, impressionistic celebrations of the beauty that can be found in the ordinary moments. Jenny's paintings have been exhibited widely and are in numerous public, private and corporate collections worldwide.
